First visit experiences

My son and I looked around for a Vivaro van. We saw one advertised yesterday lunchtime and rang about it because it looked good value for money and was well presented. Plus the reviews were great, not just a couple of words, but explanations of problems and how Bob was very fair in his actions to help customers. Ross who I spoke to was on a day off. However he informed us the van we were interested in was sold. He said they had an identical van just going through the workshop. It was in the state it came in. We were welcomed to view it if we wanted to. We drove 3 hrs to view the van and see his boss Bob. He was brilliant. No sales pressure and down to earth. We both hate pressure selling and often walk away. But as I say Bob was great. He explained his bad experiences buying vans over the years. He decided he wanted to create a purpose built showroom, workshops etc where he can service and display vans for sale. He wanted to give a first rate experience to his customers. Generating more business through recommendation is his motto. Needless to say we viewed the van, agreed any works and will collect the van on Monday. We will leave a follow up review when we have collected the van but are confident of a first class product. Exceptional

Excellent van and customer service, really good and quick with communication, looked after during the whole experience with nothing being too much trouble. We travelled a long way (twice) and did not regret it. Will be purchasing our next van from here, exceeded expectations.

A kind and friendly service, they made the van purchase very easy and were very accommodating with great communication. I had a small issue with the van after a month and even though the warranty did not cover this Wye Valley Commercials were happy to cover the cost in the garage to get my van back on the road.

I just bought a 2019 Mondeo from Wye Valley Commercials. Really excellent service and the car was immaculate. I almost did not browse on their website as I thought they might only deal with vans, but I am very glad I did. The price was good. The overall condition of the vehicle was great and the face to face service very friendly. When I was held up for a couple of days by a family illness the team were extremely helpful, patient, and supportive. All round five star recommendation.

Can not fault this company for the way they handled the sale of my van. All very professional, all very clean and tidy, extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me in every direction, even to the point of delivering my vehicle to my door. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them. Found a van on Auto Trader. Went down to see it and met up with Bob, he was great, straight forward and helpful. Asked if he could put a towbar on for me, he said leave it with him. Went down the following week to pick the van up, then met Ross and Bob, and to my surprise not only had they put a towbar on, they had gone out of their way by including the step and also incorporated a pin as well as a ball. Seen a lovely Peugeot on Auto Trader, drove from Swansea to Hereford that night. The owner stayed open late for us and was incredibly helpful. Good experience with the boys at Wye Valley Commercials. They were very responsive and had good communication throughout. Had a minor issue with a warning light after I had picked up the van. I let them know and they had it sorted by the next day. Picked up a quality van at a good price. Cracking job.

Great customer service

Could not make it up to Hereford so they kindly showed me the full vehicle via video call. I was provided a full service history and able to view the full MOT history. Paid a holding fee while I made my mind up and arranged everything, then paid in full and had the car delivered to an address two days later. Very helpful communication, answered all questions over WhatsApp.

This is a first class sales site. My father purchased a caravan from Wye Valley Commercials, namely a Lunar Clubman. I attended the site with my father to look over the caravan. Bob and his son showed us around, then left us alone for a good while, allowing us to really check over the caravan, absolutely no pressure. Needless to say, it was spot on. During the deal progress and up to the day of collection, the whole team here were amazing. They do not just take your money and run. They really look after you. Bob is an old school business man, his word is his bond, no messing or changing, and his team are exactly the same. We have already recommended this team to others and will continue to do so.
